Choo Choo Chugga Chugga Big Swans Car

This last weekend, some of the Swans players came to Erina Fair on the Central Coast for a footy promo on Sunday. Jared Crouch and I think Paul Bevan were there as well as two very blonde haired younger guys who I didn't recognise.

They had the real Premiership Cup (with the dint in it) with them and everyone was having photo's.

On the way there my 5 yr old son was asking what cars the Swans would be travelling in. I said, as a parent would, that they would probably have a big red car with a swan on it. Well I wasn't far off.

On the way home, this bloody huge Ford F250 comes driving past with a Swans2 numberplate and big sticker on the back saying Swans Team Community vehicle. I've never seen one on the road before, it was absolutely huge.

My son was impressed except for the fact that there wasn't a Swan on the roof.

It looked liked Jared was driving it. I can't imagine why they'd have such a big vehicle unless it was for the players protection.

Can anyone who is local recommend which is the best Auskick club. I'm looking at Narara Demons, Gosford Tigers and the Penisular Swans.
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

I've seen the truck previously parked outside the SCG. Why an F250 though I have no idea. I guess they do cart gear around to some of their gigs

yeah, saw it parked in erskineville the other day but withour a swan in sight.
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

Ford is a sponsor, so they probably chose the biggest meanest looking vehicle.

I hope Ford is paying for the petrol as well...if not that could be why we only made a small profit

Hmmmmppphhhh! If I'd known I'd have gone. I still havent touched the cup. I should read the local newspapers and watch local TV (rather than Sydney TV) more often. And the ads for things like tractors and fishing rods on local TV amuse me.
                  Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.

The sheep dip and cattle drenching ones are the real winners

                      Thanks for that information.

After being on RWO for years, I've only just realised that I'm capable of getting PM's.

My sincere apologies to people who thought I have snubbed them in the past.
