      Here's further background:

      Tough down under
Stand by to see an Australian rules player with a difference in Sydney on Saturday. Taking his place in a team that will include Sydney premiership coach Paul Roos and star Swans forward Nick Davis will be cult British television presenter Ashley Hames who is touring the world as part of a series he is compiling in which he takes on 13 of the world's toughest jobs. He's already fought bushfires with the NSW Rural Fire Service and earlier worked on an Alaskan crab fishing boat and linked up with narcotics police in Colombia. Saturday's match is between a veteran invitational side and the NSW Eastern Bulldogs. The series is likely to eventually pop up on SBS.

Very handy, just around the corner from my place.

I can contribute myself and a couple of the neighbour's dogs, if that will help.

Didn't hang around for the 'game', but saw Pebbles and Schneiderman there - both in civies. No cool hairdos to report.

No sign of Roosy or Jerry.
