I argue that its not the dumbest thing he ever did, I think doing the jig 10,000 times post the grand final day (when it was funny the first time) was pretty damn stupid.....

I laughed too and feel the press went overboard.
It shows me Tadhg is enjoying being with his team mates and coping with the grief of his father better than coming back to his team mates feeling grief stricken.
A bit of light hearted fun.Love those SwansComment

To put it in perspective, do you think the Eagles would have played a tape of LRT bagging them after the GF at their best and fairest?Does God believe in Atheists?Comment

I think it's funny. Compared to kicking your girlfriend, urinating on someone or grabbing an unknown woman's breasts, being dacked is way down on the list.
That editorial is harsh. It was harmless. Just because the Rugby League boys are behaving themselves this week, they're desperate for some footballers-behaving-badly news.Life's not a spectator sportComment

The fact of the matter is, he was dakked down to his speedos in front of a group of school girls.
If it had have happened at say a superclinic, nothing would have come of it.
BUT
It happened at a school, which opens up a heap of child protection issues, and it would only take one parent to complain for this to become a huge incident. The fact that it was an all girls school makes it even more of a worry.
Basically, in this instance, the principal needs to be seen to be taking some sort of action (i.e. apology to students) or the principal's head will be on the block.
Either way, I doubt very much that Kennelly will be doing school visits again in a hurry!Comment

They're not that innocent. I'm sure they've seen someone dacked before.
I mean honestly, I went to a private catholic girls highschool too and if that'd happened to us, there would've been laughs, more 'take it off' calls & the female teachers would've had a good perve.
Big deal.Comment

Basically its overreaction from a media desparate to print bad stories about footballers from a successful club The fact that one of the NSW Waratah players has spat the dummy with his family, gone missing and can't be contacted by team officials would seem more worthy of airtime and newsprint. .Leo Barry, You Star!Comment

I do think it is pretty funny, but suprisingly stupid (considering the audience) and immature, which Tadgh has admitted to, this should go away pretty quickly, but considering the Swans players haven't given the media too many exciting off-field discretion stories over the years, this was always going to be pounced on.Comment
