Query for those holding a full Sydney Swans membership.

I am upgrading from a Victorian membership due to my relocation and wondering whether I still need to reserve a seat for the Port match?

If you take out a membership without a reserved seat, then from my understanding you can't reserve a seat for a particular game on that membership - its a matter of first in best dressed. If you desperately want a reserved seat for that game, and don't have full club membership, the only other way would be to buy a ticket from ticketek beforehand.

      I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

        Great news.

I think that Sydney membership will be capped at 32k cos of corporate & SCG members.

I don't think it would reach this, so Mike_B you should be safe.

We should hope for say 26k for Sydney & 10k for non sydney-members.

As anyone know if Telstra Stadium pass for 3 games are included as member?

I'd imagine if you took out any season membership for the swans, that they would include Telstra Stadium games. They definately do for full-club, sydneysiders membership etc.

I think Airpoe's question was the other way - ie are purchasers of 3-match Stad Oz passes included in the member count.

I'm pretty sure the answer is no.

Call the club. Members with reserved seats can 'sell' their seats for matches that they do not attend. Not sure how far out they go on sale but it is a good way to reserve a seat.

Members can ring a 1300 number only in the week prior to the game to put their seat up for re-sale. It is my understanding the club then puts the seat back into the pool available for Ticketek to sell.

                              By leading or breeding?
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
