Roosey seems to have an amazing amount of faith in our starting defensive line.
A definate trend in the last few games is that we get to a good lead, the opposition "discovers" a key forward, they come back to within a couple of goals, then we kick away about half way through the last.
But under all these come-backs, Roos never goes the easy option of moving Ball or Goodes (or even Stevens or LRT) back into defence. He just has faith in Saddo/Barry/Schuable to get back into the game.
Must say its worked so far, and if you compare these games to last year, these are exactly the type we would have lost by going too defensive.
Hope it keeps working.
