Needs to stop pinging away so much. Needs to be smarter with the footy when he has it (which would probably help with the pinging away problem). Needs to stop going missing in games. Needs to probably play a little deeper when at the SCG.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

A good kick for goal but perhaps an even better delivery boy/ link man. Saw both in the PF. His relative quietness was one of the surprises in the GF.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

A shame we didn't trade him to West Coast for a midfielder.

Reaching his peak. Should be hard to stop in 2006.

i'd like to see him reach a new level, but i already see him playing above himself (as it is said). he can find a little more consistency, which may earn him that aa spot, but i will be satisfied with another 2005 in 2006.

All-Australian this year is definately not out of the question.

I'm not sure he can improve much, especially as he will be receiving more attention from opponents this year. But I must admit he's already surpassed my expectations.
