    get over it!

what is it with the precious dudes that wanna have us all permanently saying 'nice things' about players, coaches and umps......MAN, WE PAY OUR MONEY TO BE ENTERTAINED BY HIGHLY PAID ENTERTAINERS AND WE EXPECT VALUE!
So you go to a concert by your favourite whether it be Kylie,ACDC or Kamal and they are piddled, off key or 'not interested'. yOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK ...RIGHT. and you whinge to the promoter.
As footy fans we expect accoutability and we shouldn't be concerned about the 'sensativities ' of highly paid prima donnas.
It is no different in corporate life.....did anyone say that Bachelor of AMP deserved sympathy as he helped stuff the company, took his pay out and ran?Did anyone say 'well he did a great job in 1985 so leave him alone'? NO.
Supporters are allowed to express there opinions and thankfully we can all agree to disagree because, we know, that often we are wrong and be proven wrong. This forum is around so that idiot supporters like me can yell and scream ......it would be a very boring forum if we didn't have this right.
And Leo did not have a good game on sunday.

I agree with you Red ... if your comments were made in response to the post I made about sending stuff to the Club I consider this a different issue. I think this forum is great for us to express ourselves (and I've moaned in the past!). However, I don't think it serves anything to send the forum transcripts to the Club. I do believe it is everyone's right to pass on their own comments direct to the Club, I personally choose to do so only in extreme circumstances and do not choose to pass on stuff from the forums that is not positive.

        I agree with RutB!!

However, aren't your comments contradictory Bron, particularly the last part?

          Not sure what you mean.

I prefer to send positive stuff to the Club. Generally, it's my own stuff. Occasionally I send a thread from here, after letting people know that I will do so.

Posting here is a different matter, I see this as a fans' forum - sure the Club may come in, but that's their choice and they have to take the good with the bad if they choose to come in.

I don't want to send negative stuff to the Club, but if someone else does, then that's their choice and decision. And sometimes I do so, when I am really really frustrated and angry. We all occasionally do things that we don't want to do!

Ah - I misread this bit "do not choose to pass on stuff from the forums that is not positive." and missed the "forum" bit, and was thinking that you do not pass your own stuff on that is not positive. Now I understand!

yeah, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I think Leo had a good game. He got in the best on this site, in the herald sun, the age and Eade also gave him votes - what makes you right over someone else?

Redunderthebed - I apologise if I was a bit forthcoming but I am sick and tired of personal attacks on Barry - he is dumb, stupid, can't play football etc. I know everyone perceived the games differently but I cannot see how people did not think he had a good game considering he played on Archer and had 17 possessions. Everyone on this forum constantly bags him. They never see any good in him.

I am sorry that I do not to understand your sense of humour either. There was no satire, irony or any other form of humour I recognised, just a rant so Don't patronise us by calling people precious and having no sense of humour when your comment was not intended to be funny.

And Leo did not have a good game on sunday.
neither did Kirk, Boltons, Schuable, Nicks, Stevens, LRT, Fosdike, Kenelly, Crouch, Davis, Ball, Williams, Powell, Warfe, Matthews, ROK....
