I reckon its Keanu..i think its him. Lived in Sydney, fell in love with the swans and now is coming to their rescue...after all he has enough spare cash in the bank and has been giving out cash lately.
Gee actually I'd spend most of it on myself. To be able to donate 1/4 of a million bucks, you would probably have well in excess of that to begin with. Hooray for the party concerned!! (and can we please have 1/250 of that amount to keep RWO running another year? )
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out.... Des' Weblog
Doesn't need to be high profile. I know a number of Swans supporters who could afford to do that.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.
"[T]here are things that matter more and he's reading and thinking about them: heaven, reincarnation. Life and death are the only things that are truly a matter of life and death. Not football."
umm I don't know..maybe John Farnham's manager Glen Wheatley? I know he was a staunch South Melbourne/Sydney supporter..umm I am trying to think of rich fanatical swans fans.
Whoever you are, I hope sincerely that either you or someone you know reads RWO... because I'd like to thankyou personally on behalf of myself and everybody else who supports our club. You can rest assured that I'll be following your lead, although admittedly on a somewhat less grander scale...

Hi. I am a Victorian-based Swans member and full time student. Although my contribution would by necessity be small, I would like to inquire as to how I and other fans can contribute to the club financially, to help ensure it's future. If this is the incorrect e-mail address, could you please forward it to the correct one. Could you please give me directions on how I and other fans can make such a contribution?
I have no interest at the current point in time in laying blame for what has occurred. Changes can come later, if they are necessary. First, I simply want to see the club safe and financially healthy, and am willing to do whatever is necessary and possible to achieve that.
Also, I would just like to make it clear that the support from me and other fans for the Club, Paul Roos and the players will not waver. Although the extent of the current situation is not clear, I feel 100% certain that the club is still currently going through one of the most exciting times in it's recent history, and that it will emerge from this latest challenge stronger than before.
