Yes that is true - other top up players are young guys from yhe SFL

Chris Nordorf is from Western Suburbs (Sydney)

Tim Addison is from St George (Sydney)

This is a good idea to give young potential draftees/rookies a chance in the Swans reserves

P\As I've said before McPherson should be delisted now and either Bevan or Crawford promoted from the rookie list.

Lets face it Frosty is not going to get back in the seniors.

He is taking the place of a young up and comer.

See what happens when you give the kids a go

Anyone who watched it, what did u rekn of number 53 for the swans?
      - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

Don't we have a space on the senior list without delisting anyone.

Much as I suspect we may have seen the last of Frosty in the seniors, he's been a solid citizen of our club and he deserves to play the rest of the season with dignity. He has a lot of experience and what better way to pass it on to the kids than playing along side them week in week out.

Also, bear in mind that we have had a dream run with injuries thus far, particularly to midfielders. If we lose a couple of our senior players towards the business end of the season a player like McPherson could be a valuable back-up. Of the younger fringe players probably only O'Keefe and Ablett (himself injured) have the body strength to play for extended periods in the midfield.

Bevan and Crawford (and McGlone) all seem to have been going well in the reserves from reports, but who are they going to come into the team to replace at the moment?
