Bazza determined not to get reported

This one definitely worth the read

Was particularly intrigued by this part. Any ideas on who the mentor might be? I'll have to go back and review my tapes to see if I can spot it. My first guess - purely off the top of my head - would be PK.

"Hall was reluctant to detail the methods he had employed to keep his volatile temperament in check this year, but said he had a "mentor out on the field".

"If he sees that I am going off the rails this week, he will come over to me and pull me up," Hall said. "

Yeah, hard to tell, but i think it might be maxfield. But definitely hard one, just have to keep an eye on it.

He still seems to lose his temper a little bit, but its always nice to see him do so and not get reported.
Using hypothesis testing via confidence intervals:
Nick Davis mark inside 50 = goal

        It's Lewis Roberts-Thomson for sure.
Proof was that incident were Bazza was streaming back upfield for a mark, and LRT came across and spoiled him - only possible explanation is that LRT needed to have a quick word to him, calm him down a bit.

I saw Stewie having a quiet chat with him a few minutes before the bounce at Subi, so that's my guess. Whatever it is, it's working, BBB is doing everything right for my money!

I think Bazza has been sensational - easily his best year. He hasnt kicked really big bags until the last fortnight, but playing a new role he is doing a great job. He has toned down his reckless acts but still holds a great physical presence. I reckon 3 out of every 4 tackles laid on bazza he breaks, I challenge any one that holds that sort of distinction.

With all the recent hoo haa about Roos talking to the umps about Bazza I'm surpised he didn't make more of an issue about the frees he is being pinged for as opposed to the ones he is not getting.

He is regularly getting pinged for the nittiest of nit picking frees. That 'too high' on the fend + 50m was a shocker.
