    Reserves Results

    Swans 14.15.99 defeated Eastlake 14.11.95

    Goalkickers : Buchanan 3 McGlone 2 McVeigh 2 Maleski 2 Ablett 1 Bevan 1 Bright 1 Crawford 1 Thewlis1

Best Players ; McGlone Stevens Dempster McVeigh Meiklejohn Buchanan

On another thread it was mentioned that Buchanan be given a run in the Seniors and let Scheids recover for a few weeks , maybe not such a bad idea.

I have been pushing for Stevens to get a run in the Seniors in the backline , preferably at CHB. He is obviously in good form and might make it as a backman as he previously struggled as a forward in the AFL.

It is also good to see our other recruits consistently in form week after week

Stevens played pretty much off half back and looked pretty good apart from two or three really *bad* defensive decision making errors.

Monty definately looked good enough to be given a run in the Seniors IMO

McGlone again BOG, and is always in our top 3-4 players.

Surely he'd be looking at promotion from the rookie list? We do have a spare spot on the list, but surely he is looking good putting in these performances week in, week out.

      What are his skills like?
