    Q. What to do on an AFL free w/e?

    A. Have an RWO get together (and watch some Sydney AFL)

How about we gather as many RWOers as possible and go watch Luffy's Balmain take on flag favorites North Shore at Drummoyne Oval this Sunday 22nd June

Seniors play at 2pm, Reserves at 12pm, U/18 at 10am.

I'll be there - got it in one JS.
Hope plenty more RWO people can join us there. It's the best chance for a footy fix next weekend.

I do actually. Heading down for it. Should be a cracker. Also looking forward to RWC. Was lucky enough to get tickets for Australia Ireland on Derby Day (preceded the prvious night by Aust Ireland international rules) follwed by Melbourne Cup.

Think I'll sit back and soak in what has been a very good 12 rounds so far, celebrate with a few quiet beers, I remember I raised this thread this time last year and we were all saying how it will be great to give our hearts a rest after all those close losses and to give our head a break from banging it against a brick wall.
                      Gee how times have changed!

I'd say the odds of that are 1 to 1. Norris loves going to the Sydney AFL.

I'll be hoping the Storm win as well. Bulldogs are scum.

Sunbury Lions Under 11's (Dr J's son(no1) and my son (no 4)) and Scurrilous's nephew (under 12's) playing on Sunday if anyone is interested, at least this week I should feel OK as I won't need to watch the Swans Replay on Fox finishing at 1am.

                              GO LIONS's
