before the bye it was said that sadds was about two weeks away from returning and that the bye would give him that extra recovery time he needs. i'd say the injuey isn't quite right yet.
i'd say returning next game but in reserves to get his match fitness back.
keep an eye on the swans website for the injury list updates that should tell you more accurately what you want to know!!Go North Shore Bombers!!!! -
sadds
just checked the injury list and sadds isn't on it so i'd say he is playing reserves this sunday.Go North Shore Bombers!!!!Comment

sadds
this is the latest thing i have heard on sadds,
Roos said back Jason Saddington would return through the reserves after missing several games through injury. Concern over Saddington's lack of match fitness will see him play in the ACTAFL competition this weekend.
"I'd love to have him back this week because of the match-ups, but if you are playing him, you are going to be playing him for 10 minutes then take him off the ground and that almost compounds your concerns," Roos saidGo North Shore Bombers!!!!Comment

the latest on sadds is he is under consideration to play this weekend against st kilda.
he played really well in the reserves gameGo North Shore Bombers!!!!Comment

We will need Sadds to counter either Reiwolt or Kosi if they are thrown forward.
Schauble & Leo have been doing well covering big forwards in his absence, but they will be required for Hamill & Gerhig
Remember when Gerhig annilihated Warfe in Perth in '98 ?
He got 6 or 7 goalsSeptember 24th, 2005 5.14pm
What a great moment in all of our livesComment

1998 - 5 years ago. Hardly relevant, given that Warfe hasn't had a leading role on any key position player this year, and is unlikely to.Comment

and given the fact Warfe has gotten worse since then.
It has to be Warfe out so Saddo can come back in.Once was, now elsewhereComment

Saw Saddo playing in the reserves last weekend against Queanbyean Tigers and while it was great to see him running around he looked anything but convincing. He was clearly out there for firness as he was given a running role and left on the field the entire game.
His timing looked sus especially in marking contests where he usually excels and did not appear keen to strech out in running to contests (understandable under the circumstances of his injury).
More impressive was the return of Heath James at full back he looked great. Running off his man going for marks and showing real confidence. Keeping my fingers crossed there.
Sundquist was most impressive as was Ablett and Thewlis.
McViegh was not prominent though did some good things.
Buchanan played in the midfield and took a heavy knock but looked good as well.Comment

no my name won't be changing to sadds_babe, i just keep my eye on the various newspaper websites and see what info people are after and then i inform people.
one thing, rowan and jase are different sorts of players and so you can't automatically say one should replace the other, jase has been out of the game 2 months or so, needs to get his match fitness back while rowan is 100% fit and is still playing well!! yes he has made a few mistakes here and there, but what player doesn't??
fraser gerhig is a good player, he would have kicked 7 or so goals regardless of who he is playing against!!
heath played exceptionally well in reserves, i hope he can stay fit and prooves to everybody what he can do!!
Jarrad sundqvist is a great youn player, has had limited time in seniors but will get more as he gets older - been kicking the lights out for the reserves the last few games!!!!Go North Shore Bombers!!!!Comment
