Barass and Hafey are technically are two greatest coaches - in terms of the records they brought to the club.
Barass was great in terms of rebuilding the club to a point where we had a playing list that could at least deliver consistent performances.
Eade is the greatest coach we have had since moving up here - Grand Final plus consistent final appearances. Remember that he is the only coach in Sydney to win a final. (Hafey failed in that regard). Basically Eade was one win away in 96 from being a legendary coach, that win, I believe, would have ensured he coached a club this year.
Roos - as much as I love him, still has a lot to prove. It makes me cringe that so many supporters rate him in a Mathews or Blight class yet - I pray he gets there because it means my club will get a premiership, but it is ridiculous to compare him to anything just yet - he hasn't proved a thing. So far what he has delivered is no different to Eade at the same time 96 or Wallace with the Bulldogs in 97.
