AFL commission is expected to hand down a decision next week on whether Sydney and Brisbane retain their salary cap concessions.

Long time opponent of the concessions, Collingwood president Eddie McGuire, has again called for equality among all clubs.

The concessions, brought in to help with the higher cost of living and player retention in non-traditional AFL states are under review by the commission.

And McGuire has the Sydney Swans in his sights.

"There's a few different ways of looking at these things," he said.
