Heath isn't listed on the best players (too be expected) but he is listed down as scoring a goal. There weren't any comments listed on teh site I looked at.

As stated one goal (one missed and one passed off), no injuries, played the first 15mins of each quarter (or something along those lines).

June is one month of the year Sydney Swans defender Heath James would rather forget, but last Sunday ? the last weekend in June ? it changed after he made his long-awaited return to football.

Eleven torn hamstrings and a ruptured patella tendon in his left knee have contributed to James playing just five senior games in four seasons at Sydney.

However the self-proclaimed ?unlucky player but not the unluckiest? started in the seconds match against the Wagga Tigers, exceeding even his own expectations.

?I felt very good (going into the match) but I was really nervous,? James said.

?I was pretty surprised (with how I played) as I didn?t think I would get any touches but it came to me a couple times which is good and I took a couple marks which is nice.?

The Port Adelaide recruit tore his hamstring for the 11th time in June 2001 - to miss a year - then injured his knee which required reconstructive knee surgery in June 2002.

It was only fitting then he returned in June 2003 to play his second match in two years.

The coaches started the 23-year-old in the back pocket for the opening three quarters to ease his way into the match and then moved him to full-forward in the final term.

The statistics read he played in the first 15 minutes of each quarter ? or one half of football - accumulating 13 possessions and one goal in the team?s 32- point victory but it meant so much more to the perennial supporter.

?I pulled up fine, I am fresh it was just the bus trip (down to Wagga) which hurt me but my knee is fine, hamstrings are fine so I am pretty happy.?

Now in his fifth season ? though this year as a rookie after being delisted last year then picked up in the pre-season draft ? his aims and dreams are still vivid.

?My aim to play three quarters this week then a full game the week after that and gradually build on that in each game as it comes.

?Roosy (coach Paul Roos) has been fantastic, I always say that but he has just been great.

?He said take it easy, don?t worry about getting too many kicks in the first month or whatever just get through the games and that is all we want you to do.

?We are not looking at pushing you up to the seniors this year but if something comes up you never know, just aim to play some really good footy towards the end of the season and get through injury free.

?So that is my priority ? injury free.

?At the moment it?s one week at a time but the end goal I see pretty clearly and I just want to get back and play in the ones and repay the club all the faith they showed in me.?

He played the equivalent of a half of footy, and got 13 touches... from a back pocket and full forward. That'd be 26 touches, from NON-MIDFIELD roles, if he'd played a full game!!!

I knew there was a reason that the Swans kept working at it!

the latest i heard on heath is that he played really well in his first game back in reserves and that if he keeps it up he'll be in the senior list by the end of the year!!!

Yeah, hopefully replacing Rowan !!! LOL

Heath is on the rookie list and can only play seniors if he is promoted if a player is on the long-term injury list.

Is there a cut off date as to when rookie's can be promoted ?

                              P.S. - I wouln't wish any injury on any player - including Rowan !
