    our chances against West Coast

at the SCG, the swans should win, the eagles like playing on a big ground, they are weak in defence and rely on their midfielders kicking the goals.

Was worried about the prospect of the wet-weather taking it out of our boys. But the Eagles played in similar weather last weekend.

A big match, that's for sure.

A loss would definitely be devastating for us, and put us in danger of getting booted out of the top 8. But we have easier games after this one.

Soon enough, our injured players will be back, so obviously still confident on the top 8.

A win on the other side would be too good.
Using hypothesis testing via confidence intervals:
Nick Davis mark inside 50 = goal

If Matera doesn't play, then our chances of winning are heaps better. WCE don't have a very tall forward line which will suit us. The danger is in the midfield. Kirk on Cousins and Cresswell on Fletcher will be good, but who should we play on Judd? My initial thoughts are Kenelly.

Apparantly Matera is out for another week and Chick is a bit suss.

If we do well in the ruck I reckon we can win this one. Our midfield ought to match theirs, our tackling and desperation for the footy will hopefully be the difference.

Bazza to bag 4 goals. Kirk to do another class job on another class player in Cousins.

I just can't stop thinking in relation to this game how do we stop there midfield. they lead the centre clearances and we are last and on a ground as small as ours its important. I also note Wilson comes in for this week good coaching for two reasons 1, we have no fullback 2, Small ground for which he will provide a quick target.

This game looms as a cracker I just hope we are on the right side of the ledger.
