    very cruel.
    really i think warfe deserves better than this. he has been an important part of the swans for quite a long time and injuries have not helped him.It is a bit like picking the meat off the bones of a corpse and the same applied to Luffy at the end .
    Warfe is part of history and deserves some respect and certainly not gloating.Certainly I think his best years are behind him ,just the same.

      You people got to be ashamed of yourselves. I'm not a fan of Warfe but he deserves better than public execution. I read the paper on the weekend and Roos was interviewed. The question was on Roos relaxed coaching style and Roos comment was that he does not believe in belittling and humiliating people.

      Tho i agree that Warfe should be out of selection til he gets his form back. He isn't the only one who has a bad patch.

      MUA is here to stay. Very funny.

      BTW I reckon ROK is the player to watch

        arguably close to our best POSSIBLE side, with the possible exception of Doyle edging out O'Keefe on the bench and a fit and in-form Seymour maybe in contention.

        Touch wood we can stay injury free

          Yes clearly Roosy has lost his mind. I think like the rest of us he has simply forgotten that McPherson is still actually on the books.

                quite a strong looking side! it does show our lack of beefcake KP defenders thought.

                to go:
                fixter = nicks
                doyle = lrt or fozzie

                and everyone knows that i would like to see JM as a defender as he is the only type that fits the bill... ie id like to see JM = schauble, but i know that isnt goin to happen

                the fitzroy partnership has finally fallen down, we could pretty safely say that we will never see warfe again in the seniors... as the 2s sides will kick goals on him and show up his brain explosions... thanks for the memories warfey...

                we have noone left that will make me drop my head whenever they go near the ball, i look forward to saturday night!

                  penga, i would like to know why you keep pushing the idea of having JM as a defender. As far as I know, he's played as a ruckmen all his life, and besides his height, wouldn't fit in the defence at all.

                    its an in theory thing... i realise that JM wouldnt actually be able to play this however he is the only current player on our list that fits the bill...

                    therefore it would take a lot of development for JM to get there, and i know it is an unreasonable inclusion... but its still a hope of mine at least for this season while we have noone to fill the developed (body wise) KP defender...

                      I thought Seymour was horribly out of form last season. I hope he will regain his confidence/talent playing under Roos. Playing him out of position as a forward is probably no longer an option with our current forward talent (although we did manage to put Nicksy in there for a bit). I'm nervous already.
                      Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.

                        forward line

                        Our forward line is looking menacing. Bolton Goodes Oloughin Hall Davis its all good. Fosdike is not too bad but can improve.

                          RE: whoever it was that complained that Warfe deserved better than being dropped because he has battled injuries - yes, he has battled injuries. But it is not the job of the Swans to extend charity to guys who are no longer capable of fulfilling their role in the team. If it was, you'd probably be seeing Ryan Fitzgerald and Jamie Lawson playing cameo roles off the bench.

                          RE: the person who said that we were gloating. Close, but not quite accurate. We are certainly relieved, and yes, quite happy, that Warfe is not in the team. He is no longer a part of our best side, and with him in the side it felt like we were playing with 21 men. We weren't gloating though... it just felt so overdue that we needed to express our relief that his exclusion has finally come.
