No its not, Barry Hall has and never will be an extra strong overhead marker of the ball. He was and always will be a hard and fast attacking leading forward, who relies on first class delivery from up the field. what he doesn't take over head he certainly makes up for in second efforts. He along with Goodes and Bolton improvement are the main reason as to why the Swans are where they are at the moment this year

im not bagging him, i just reckon he should improve his marking skills as even when he has some beautiful delivery he still manages to drop the mark

He took ten marks during that game, and I can't remember many of them being uncontested.

I think it's no cooincidence that he dried up a little over the last three weeks. We played Port and West coast after all. Good forwards that are getting well marked by quality defenders find a way to make this negative a positive by working harder for their teammates. Barry's been doing that masterfully all year.

I reckon his selflessnes is a feature, he would've kicked 3 or 4 if he hadn't been so busy creating 6 or 7 for us.

On another topic, how good was Schneider's long range snap!

If Schneids kicked these freaky goals once in a blue moon you could say that it was a "fluke" or he was "lucky".

But he does it on a regular basis so it can't be lucky.

One player who kicked freakish goals on a regular basis was Peter Daicos - but I would not dare to compare Scheids to the "Macedonian Marvel" - or would I???????
