Its been there for a while - beats me how he gets showered & changed fast enough after the reserves game to get around the ground and bag the same spot.

The Nicks bandwagon is about to roll. Get aboard now and avoid the humiliation of joining late!

        Bring back Gerard Bennett...

Another tall defender as a back up on the list....

He is in the BEST every week in the SANFL now and still one of my fav Swans.

        Hitman
        Bring back G Bennett !

I didn't mind GB at all Hitman. Could take a grab and play at both ends of the ground

IMHO he was better value than players like Brockman, Bomford and O'Connor.

Why not start a thread or poll - who would be better

          Bennett - V - Warfe.

I'd love to see some of the comments

            GB vs WARFE

            Very interesting....

I think GB would have the upper hand even if he was still around !
            Bring back G Bennett !

Bennett for me. Even though he had no neck he was better IMO.

I liked GB as well, but he wasn't up to AFL standard on a consistent enough basis. Tuff decisions had to be made.

I had a chat to GB's coach at South Adelaide a few weeks back and has been ranged from very good to very bad from week to week. And it sounds like his liking for some of the more interesting things in life off the field played a part in his delisting and has contributed to his up and down form.

Just going to back to the original post regarding Ryan. He's not only playing great at the moment, he's a really nice guy. Had a pic taken with him today at the kids clinic and he's just a real sweetheart. Very unassuming and was just great with the kids.
