    All coming together

We are slowly adding the pieces in our side to complete the puzzle.

Kirky is the tagger we never had and we haven't had a rover of Schneider's quality since Stevie Wright, bless him.

Schneider's goal from a snap from the ball up late in the 3/4 was a key goal and one of incredible quality.

With a centre half-forward and Bewick-Phil Matera-ish small forward we would give this flag a real shake.

Maybe R'okky is the small forward we are looking for and prehaps inclusion of Doyle could allow Goodes to be CHF??

I'd prefer Goodes to continue in the role he has - ie roaming around the ground at will. He's not the best at centre bounces (not really tall enough) but otherwise he's great as a round the ground ruck. I think he'd be stifled at CHF.

If we had Doyle, I'd like either he or Ball to be in the ruck at the centre bounces and then maybe dropping back across half-back once play continues. The other one then plays in the goal square as a tall marking target. Goodes then plays ruck-around-the-ground, Bazza at CHF and two of O'Keefe/Davis/Magic playing as secondary forwards. The other one of these three can play in midfield, as Davis has increasing been doing. With Schneider snapping at their feet and Nicks (if he can reproduce yesterday) on a HFF that would be a pretty good forward set-up.

Now if only they can kick straight...

if u noticed on sat night, schneider actually was played in the middle, he spent alot of time on the bench and when he went back into the game he always ran straight to the middle, i had a chat to him at the fox & lion and i remarked how he had spent more time in the middle this week and he said "yeah, it was great, better than being stuck down in the forward line" so i think that had some significance on what we will see for the future...

side note, did anybody else realise that leo spent his first time on the bench all season albeit for about a minute, i was quite disappointed actually
      C'mon Chels!
