Freo & Adelaide Banner

The Swans Cheersquad is after some witty messages for the Fremantle and Adelaide banners.

Please keep them clean, non-offensive and under 8 words for the Adelaide message and 10 words for the Freo one.

We require two messages for each banner, if your message appears on the banner you will be invited to come out and hold it up*. Please note that if you cannot make it to the Adelaide game and your message is used, you will be invited to assist with the banner at the hawthorn game.


* People holding up the banner are required to wear black pants as part of our uniform code, a Cheersquad jacket will be loaned for the raising of the banner, it must be returned immediately after departing the playing surface.

I'd like something commenting on how unsporting it is for Adelaide crowds to boo away goals.

(the slight problem is the Crows Supporters Group will be poling our banner!)

Hi Dean, As you can see above, I've come up with the banner message for both Fremantle and Adelaide games, (note: These were both used). As you said on a previous thread whoever makes up the banner message gets to go out onto the SCG and hold it up with the Cheersquad. I'll be at the Hawks and the Wobbles game, I'd love to come out and help with the banner. Can you please advise on this ASAP?
