Well... Port is thrashing WC, Essendon got up against Brisbane... so if Freo beat Adelaide tomorrow... we're in 2nd spot!!!

Another plea to Melbourne people - please remember that as a payback for being able to watch the Swans actually play live (), we don't get to watch any other night time game until the wee small hours of the morning, and some of us would prefer not to know the results before we get to see the games. Please don't post results of other games, especially here on the main Swans board, before we've had a chance to watch them. Or at least indicate in the title of the thread that it's a spoiler.

Nice dent Port left in the Eagles percentage too. Anyone know what happen to Gardiner, the stats show he only had 6 possessions. Or did Brogan just take him to pieces?

This actually shows our performance a few weeks ago wasn't that bad. Who knows what could have happened had we converted those early chances. Port would be hot favourites for the flag now, followed by Adelaide and then a group of 3 of Brisbane, West Coast and ourselves.

Should be a good game .However Carey isn't playing so that should boost the Crows .

Last nights Port performance indicated that they don't travel very well, but can be deadly at home. I haven't seen the game, but I heard it was vicious and there were some injuries, especially in the Eagles camp, which might prove costly for them later on.
Freo should win today if they want to play in the finals. Some Victorian teams are on the rebound, which means Freo might slip out of the 8 if they're not careful.
Brisbane injury list is getting longer and to my opinion they might not have enough depth to contest the Flag for the 3rd consequitive time. We are a good chance if we keep our intensity and focus right. Our team was very good against Port and we deserve position where we are now.

Now, the Swans must go over the FreoBTW, the game was very close, so don't count on the fact that the Freo won the game. This is goping to be a VERY good test for the Swans. What is your bet?
