    Adelaide

If this game was being played on a Saturday night, I would already assume we would be 12-6 given the multipe thrashings we have received there on Saturday nights (90, 89 and 81 points).

But despite the loss of Ball and their ruck battery of Clarke and Biglands we still might pinch it.

For the first time since the Port game, we go into the game as underdogs and the pressure off. Everyone is expecting us to lose and that may suit the players down to a tee.

Adelaide play great footy at AAMI and besides Port and Collingwood, we are the last side to beat them there and that was Round 16 of 2001.

The ramifications of a loss with Eagles and Pies winning against Saints and Cats respectively is that we would drop to fifth due to percentage but level with the Crows and Pies on points.

Given the eight point nature of the game, if we win we are basically guranteed a top four spot with top two the only thing to fight for.

It was a hard task facing Biglands and Clarke without having to lose Ball as well. The man I'm worried about is Brett Burton, he's been playing some great footy in the past couple of weeks.

The only thing in our favour is that this year we win the close ones, and Adelaide lose the close ones.

If there is less than 2 goals in it at 3/4 time, we are a big chance.

Realistically, I expect us to lose by about 30 to 40 points.

goodesy did so well yesterday! but against biglands and clarke, he may as well stay down as an extra on-baller and go for the clearance rather than the hit out!

dont discount the tactics that was used on sunday either, they mustve done a lot of homework on simmonds and longmuir...

This is my expectation too. At least that would be good for my blood pressure!!

If Leo Barry plays on him it should provide an entertaining match up to say the least.
