Sorry fellas, I think Dermie is a very good special comments man - he notices things novices like me would never notice: Magic opening up the angle on goal, the gift of a metre or two to the Crows. And he's not anti-Swan, far from it, if you listen to his tone there's a note of approval a lot of the time.

I thought the commentary was quite reasonable actually. Certainly nothing like the shocking FoxFooty stuff from WA.

I can't stand the crappy jokes the commentators come up with during the calls. It's fair enough occasionally to breaks things up, but this year the commentators (mainly channel 9) are trying to "one up" each other all the time. About time they realise the current players are the entertainment, not the old players and present presidents.
