Hi All,

Picked up the Heritage jumper today from MSD and have to say they look awsome. Noticed they had a further 6 jumpers as well so if you are after one get down there pretty quickly.

No "South Melbourne Premiers 1933" on the back as initially told but reckon they still look great.

Hopefully will be able to get all living TOTC players to sign it at the Melbourne dinner and have it take pride of place on the wall in the study.

I too managed to pick up a few - did a deal with Des where he placed the order (and I did have to act quickly once they came in because people were after them) and I picked them up. Talk about a perfect time to be in Melb for work. Brought 3 back with me (1 for myself, 2 for Des).

I believe the 200 count is true, especially seeing as no outlets in Sydney know about it and the club seemingly doesn't as well.

According to the guy at MSD, they only got 4 XLs....2 of which currently sit on my bed!

My friend from Melbourne got her order confirmed yesterday. She was in Sydney though for TOC and has been unable to pick them yet.

I picked one up from the MSD yesterday, after ordering it on Thursday, the bloke there said they were the most popular jumper. There are obviously old South supporters wanting a piece of history.

MEMO to SSFC:

Never wear the black shorts again and only use the old Sth jumper for a very special occasion.

I thought they would look good but nah they looked bad. They seemed to have also played with the spirit of South of the early 70's.

et rid of them ASAP!!
