Only occasionally, and looking at the goal-kickers, so have most of the recuperating/sidelined backmen. I found Heath's take on it, whicj I previously mention, it was on the Swans chat thingo:

swans_on_song: Heath, what is you're favourite position to play?
Heath James: preferable full back, but I?ve enjoyed kicking a few goals as well over the last couple of weeks

So, I agree with Heath - give him a crack in the back line.

Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.

Any person who admits their favourite position is fullback is either a raving lunatic or a damn good defender. Give him a shot at it, I reckon.

Roos said that Heath will be mainly be used in the forward line but if we are in trouble with the Lions forwards then he will be moved down back .

I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but I can't be bothered wading through all the threads to find out.

Nicks is injured (his chronic back again) . . . and Stevens is dropped.

The bench for the Lions match is James, Meiklejohn, Fosdike and O?Keefe.

Brisbane left out McCrae and Notting.
