I thought aka had already resigned , or was just about to . I don't think he's comming here.
I think that it is fine for Roos to be talking like this in a rebuilding year, but when you are really having a shot at the flag, a different perspective may be required.

Yep. The pressure is on them more than us.

I liked aka's toughness , saying that " this is AFL football ""
It's not a walk in the park. I think we neeed to develope this kind o killa instinkt actually.
I hope brisbane really smash us tomorrow.
Who do you support ? If you are a Swans supporter then you have a funny way of showing it by hoping that the Lions SMASH us tomorrow. IMO you show very little evidence of loyalty to the Swans .

I don't really see it that way. Brisbane don't need to do much this year. 3 in a row is a freaky accomplishment...we are actually trying to prove that 2003 hasn't been a series of flukes. Brisbane win or lose this year are still seen as a champion team, and the club as a champion club.
I think when it comes to AFL, the pressure should always be on all clubs. There should always be something to prove. There is always something riding on each game.
I really want a premiership. No one at the swans is geting a pat on the back from me until we get one!! I put up with the teasing at school from the Hawthorn and Essendon supporters in the early nineties, I want my own back lol.

if u think that go away u fool, stupidest comment ive seen on this site, they not only didnt smash us we made them look second rate in the 2nd half,go stand in the corner and have a think.
I know this is probably not the time to try to convince people that we should try to trade for Aker, but even today I think showed what an exceptional talent he is. Sure he made mistakes, but its the same argument people make about Goodes since he's so creative.
And it just reminds me of Plugger's incident breaking Peter Caven's nose the year before joining us. At the time, many swans supporters would have been cringing, but that worked out damn well.
The only problem I can see with having Aker in the red n white is that he seems not to be a team player. Even Leigh Matthews has said that he cant control the guy, but he is willing to accept it due to his talent.
