    Enough about Collingwood

    I have had just about enough of steady eddie, buckley, tarrant and the like for one week, lets save it for the finals, cos we all know who will win if we take on those dole bludging, insect attracting pies in the finals - the mighty swans!

    Does anyone know the status of Nicks? do you think he will be/should be back for saturday?

    This is a big game for the swans, and it sparked a nice little winning streak when we beat the dees on anzac day. Lets hope it does the same thing and propels us towards the flag.

      Yes Nimrod. Very true. As super-coach Roos has said, lets put collingwood behind us and get on with the job of beating Melbourne. Another win before the finals will be very beneficial, especially at the M.

      So come on Sydney, chin up, lets have a win on saturday!

          played in the ressies on Saturday. nothing special to comment on IMO ... nothing outstanding good or bad. He really didn't make an impression either way.

              i also saw him play in the reserves, nothing spectacular, however - more important is his experience in big games, and when under pressure. His experience would obviously help him guide himself and some of the other blokes and imo that would be an advantage as opposed to saturdays team structure.
