    Was Reggi wrong?

Had us all excited by saying the Pies were weak, lacked skill and didn't have good young players. Well I would like us to be in second spot with a home final and I wouldn't mind some of their youngsters either. He said we would have more skill. What is the deal Reggi?

Still correct - the only thing they have going for them is ground level players.

Had the conditions been dry it would have been a no contest.

As with last years GF and qrtr finalwet conditions bring other top sides down to their level
You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler

Snowy, you have to be one of the most gullible people around. First you believe everything Collingwood people ever say, and then come back and dig up a post from last week because someone said something that proved not to be correct. If we all did that, this place would be rather boring. All we'd ever do would be reading about how we are all morons because we called for Jude Bolton and Adam Goodes to be traded. Not to mention that many people said we had no chance against Brisbane. We're a bunch of friggin idiots!

Collingwood had absolutley everything in their favour in the grand final . Voss was injured, Aka was injured, it poured rain, which allowed Collingwood to play their usual scraggy crap, and as Reggi said, drag Brisbane down to their level...yet Brisbane were still too good . Sometimes Snowy, class does prevail .

Collingwood beating Sydney at Telstra, didn't convince me they were a serious premiership side anyway. All it showed me was, that if Collingwood really are the second best team around, Sydney aren't very far behind them at all. Considering Sydney are a fair dinkum young side, with not much big game experience , as opposed to a team of grand finalists , i know which team i think has more going for them in the long run ... if of course you bother to stop and look at the big picture that is .
Sit down or i swear to God i'll have you shot.

which I could share your enthusiasm but I am not convinced we have a whole lot of young talent. Especially talent that will develop into superstar status and take us to the next level. I also wasn't referring to last year's grand final in my questioning of Reggi, more their position this year. I think they are in with a big chance. I also thought that they had a few injuries in the big one last year too, Molloy and both Davises didn't look anywhere near fit to me. I agree that the Telstra match showed that we are not that far behind but also think the scoreboard flattered us a bit.
