I'm kinda mixed on this one. The side has a habit of pulling surprises, so I wouldn't mind facing Port with a second chance. Essendon in Sydney is a bit of a worry, and that's without any other chance if we lose. Port are over-rated and Essendon are under-rated IMO, but each result has its advantages and disadvantages.Comment

Especially as it would send the Bombers to Perth so that, even if we lost to Port we would be facing either Freo or post-Subiaco Bombers at StadeOz in the semi.Originally posted by Dave
I'd much rather have Port to play as they are now officially in "The Choking Season"
Which would get us to the PF either way

Surely Port would rather Sydney next week than Adelaide. Can't agree with youOriginally posted by SXP
I've got a strange feeling that the Power might drop this game, because they know Adelaide and how to beat them. I'm sure they are contaplating playing them next week rather than the Swans, because Adelaide might pose less risk to them than the Swans.Comment

Agree with Bart.
Port would rather play Sydney at home (possibly/probably without Magic to boot) than play Adelaide where they will more than likely, no definately, have the minority of the crowd support.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment

Because against Sydney they'd have true home ground advantage. Against the Crows it would be neutral and their fans would almost certainly be outnumbered in the crowd. Plus they probably rate the Crows slightly higher than they rate us.Originally posted by SXP
