    10 out of 10

The Swans great year which has seen massive inroads into Sydney/NSW has led Channel 10 to screen the Collingwood vs Brisbane final live into Sydney on Saturday night

But the problem is who do we barrack for - as if the Pies win, a Sydney win equals a preliminary final in Sydney.

Also for trivia buffs, Saturday night marks the 9th anniversary of "Oh Billy, you are King of Geelong."
A great call to a great finish to a great final.

Tricky one, because if we lose, but then win the following weekend, would we rather play Brisbane or Collingwood the following week in the preliminary final?

I'd have to say Brisbane though regardless of that because I think Collingwood is a team that I think can be beaten in a crucial do or die elimination clash.

Even though Brisbane is understrength I think if their big guns can take control of the match they should win against the Pies - of course night matches are different to day matches, so it depends who comes out with all cyclinders firing and what the weather is like.

For me I'm barracking for Brisbane - so whoever plays the Pies the week after can basically give Brodie Holland hell

      Sorry natural reaction.

I have no idea who I'm supporting in the match because I think whatever happens, Sydney will have a challenge on its hands. I'll probably support Brisbane, if I support anybody.

Got to support Collingwood, if Swans lose on Sunday and then win their home final the following week, we would be playing against the pies in a prelim in Melbourne. I have no doubt that we could beat them. Then we play Port in the Granny, and if Port are to choke this year, the Grand Final is the most likely time for it to occur.

            Never support Collingwood.

If the pies lose against Brisbane they are a big chance to go out in straight sets, as Adelaide will be primed for them and minus the flu this time. At worst it will be Collingwoods 6th HUGE game in a row, and will start to toll on them.

I think the collingwood home ground advantage will be too much for us if we meet them in the GF or a prelim, so far better to meet another interstate side and claim the MCG as "our" ground. Them and Essendon are the teams we dont want to face at the MCG simply due to home ground advantage which is a very real thing.

They should be getting tired by now. I agree with barry and CureTheSane that you should never ever support Collingwood (sorry to my friend who's sitting next to me!).

                    Have to agree 100%

Brisbane hosting a PF is the best. If that game is played at the Gabba it won't be against us (because that would mean we would have beaten Port)

Either we lose to Port, then beat Freo/Ess and play Bris/Coll at the G

Or we beat Port and play Bris/Adelaide/WC at Telstra or Coll at the G.

If one is going to start barracking for Collingwood on the off chance of where we might play later games then we might as well go the whole hog and start wishing to meet Freo in the Grand Final.

I am not barracking for Collingwood on where we may play our latter games, but on the simple basis, that they are the weakest side in the top 4. I would hate to have to play Brisbane again, sure we have beaten them twice this year, but I can't see it happening again.

Fair enough...Collingwood at the G in the PF will do me.

I know "never support Collingwood" is a well established tradition, but when they play the Filth I sadly have to go with the black and white.

If Collingwood win and we meet them in a PF, it will be Hollands first game back.

Now that little side attraction will be worth the admission price in itself.
