    Swans: ROK is out!

Following a collision in a late training drill this afternoon Ryan O'Keefe has been ruled out of Sunday's Qualifying Final against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium with a jarred shoulder.

Scott Stevens, who had previously been named as an emergency will be elevated to the team.

Mark Powell has been added to the emergency list and the way we are going we might see him play yet.

        We're finished.

It's my fault. I dared to think that ROK could be our X factor on Sunday today. It was bad karma...

              AND NOW FOSDIKE AS WELL!!!

According to 9 news, he couldn't finish training either and is in serious doubt.

This is beyond a joke! We could go into this game missing something like 750 games of experience from our best side!

They will summon whatever it takes from the depths of their characters. Or it's a furfy. Be calm. This is part of our brilliant success and will make it even more impressive.

Think POSITIVE thoughts folks, not negative ones.

I am celebrating the Sydney Swans winning the 2003 Grand Final at the MCG.

I like your optimism, but unfortunately in the world of realism, you will be celebrating that by yourself!!

I'm already looking forward to a 2004 premiership, after a competitive effort in these finals.

                    We're ****ED

What little hope we had, is gone with O'Keefe out.

Add to the list Cresswell and Fosdike as possible outs and you can see we are ****ed

I reckon it was my "positive thoughts" that have put Pebbles out!

God damn it! This is all a brilliant ruse! Cressa, Micky, Pebbles and Fossie aren't really injured... they're just pretending so that Port underestimate us! Maybe they'll all play...

Come and hop into the Nile with me folks... it's nice and cool...

The game is stilled to be played therefore the game is still there to be won

Well, a one player team we most certainly are not. Yes, we are missing some players, but I reckon we still have a decent old side ready to run out there. Add a couple of hungry youngsters, and who knows what can happen?

This will be a very very tough assignment, but I have no doubt we are capable of winning it.

Alright Barry? Gotta take 'em one-grab this week. Got to kick straight.

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Well with O'Keefe out our forward line is futher weakened. Looks like we have no option but to go with a 5 man forward line.

With Doyle and Stevens on the Full Forward line.
Hall at Centre Half Forward with Schneider and Davis at the foot of the packs.

Despite everything, our midfield is still intact with Cressa now likely to play. Throw LRT to CHB to fill the hole and who knows
