Lion & Fox/Alexandria and around the grounds

How was the Lion and Fox and Alexandria.

    Anything to report?

Infact, anyone have anything interesting to report from their experiences watching the game this afternoon?

I was enjoying it so much my wife even asked me if they were winning! (She detests all forms of footy)

The Fox & Lion was rocking. Downstairs was totally jam packed when we arrived, so we went upstairs and found a spot up there. Plenty of noise, and plenty of cause to celebrate.

There was a crowd of around 60 supporters at the Alex yesterday and the atmosphere was HUGE. I?ve never seen a group of people so excited, even total strangers were embracing after the game.

I went to the Windsor Castle in Paddington.

This place is an AFL mecca !!!!

Libby, the manager and Swans member has totally reinvented the place and AFL is its No.1 code!!

The place was absolutely chockers with a fair sprinkling of very vocal Port supporters, so the banter was good.

              The place was really rocking,

Would she have really had to ask? Would have been fairly obvious.

I had to laugh - I got a few SMSs "no s&don game for u next week". But I don't mind.
