Swans coach Brett Allison who had to call in double the usual of non - contracted players said the loss of key men to the Seniors had been a huge blow. He also said that the effort or heart was not really in it at the end of the day .


Swans will now play the Queanbeyan Tigers next week.in the Preliminary Final

Man, they got ****ing pumped. Looked like second rate school kids. I don't know where the top up players came from but for a side that has been in the top two of the ACTAFL all year they looked very very poor.
But like we say ... I'm sure we're all willing to sacrifice it!!!

Spare a thought for the Swans guys in the Ressies, having to play a game of football in the Canberra AFL, that only hundreds might actually care about , when otherwise they would have been in the stands at AAMI. They played around the same time I assume, so didn't even get to watch it live! Rough!
