I got P1 as well - but took a ook on the back - unlike previous games, the expiry date is 01/01/04. So, not sure how they've worked this out - just to be safe, you might want to get in to Homebush a little earlier...

        I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Mike, I was worried about that too - the parking receipt actually specifies "20 september" on it, so it should be ok... Nevertheless, I'd aim to get there early just in case!

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

After deciding to park one game I'm opting to take the bus and pay my $10 for that instead

Got my tickets and am bussing it, i am stoked.
I feel for the non-members tho, u betta get in quick or u will miss out. The allowance of unlimited tickets for members is unfair, but hey, benefits are benefits
              - Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!

geez i'm a bit worried over this. but ive got no qualms with members getting the bulk of the tickets..

however.. unfortunately i am not a member, and am working thursday morning

is it worth taking the day off?? and whats the best method you think of buying the tickets? phone/internet/ticketek office/other??

I've had great success securing high-demand tickets through Ticketek by trying on-line at the same time as I have been holding onto the phone (assuming that online sales will be available for General Public tix). You will need a phone with a "redial' function, as the phone lines will be busy. While you are holding on the phone, log onto their website and try and secure your tix there; if you get through to an operator before you get through on the net, place your order ? if you get through on the net first place your order online.

Tix always go on sale at 9:00am, so start ringing a few minutes before, log onto their website before 9 as well and be ready to go ASAP. Make sure you are familiar with the navigation set up of the website ? remember that time is your enemy ? check out the website (and even pre-register your details) NOW. Don?t waste time on Thursday trying to figure out how the Ticketek website works.

                  Good luck!
