Does that mean that Leo and Brett didn't come down for the dinner? (in other words we can work out the interstate team members by the airline bookings).

It's great that the NRL footy show is acknowledging the swans!

Let's face it, even though this is blasphemous, there is enough room in Sydney for all the footy codes..NRL, union, soccer and AFL.

I used to watch the AFL grand final all the time when I was a child growing up with my League mad family...my grandfather founded one of the clubs..

And I will watch the Rugby world cup and support the Wallabies and Ireland...

We have seen the light now of course!

Don't bother watching "The Eddie Show" absolutly no mention of the Swans, only about Port Choking.

The crowd had nothing but cheers for the boys - may the bandwagon roll on and on Loved the crowd reaction when someone - was it Fatty? - said "Paul Roos - Coach of the year, what do you reckon?" Nearly brought the house down!

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

I didn't watch it, but to give them some credit they have been supporting the Swans for years.

I remember a somewhat confused looking Paul Roos coming on during his playing days to big chants of "Roooooos Roooooos Rooooos" as if he was at any AFL ground in Australia. Even if the crowd didn't know what they were doing and were just revved up to do it, it was good attention to details!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
