    Trend for Saturday, Sunday and Monday
    Fine and warm. NW to SW winds, change late Saturday.

    What does that mean ? Cool change ? Windy ?

      Sorry guys, I think it's just too early for this. There are just too many variables - especially the speed that the fronts roll through. Three days out the Met Bureau is pretty close but five days? May as well consult tea leaves.

      If they are right, they are talking about a cold front - wind and rain coming up from the south.

        Tea leaves are quite easy to read really. Throw them in the air, and if they blow away, it's windy. If they're wet, providing that they're not left over from your last cuppa, then it's raining.
        Only 9 notes? How easy can it be!

              weather update

              Although it rained for much of the last Lions game, I still think rain may favour them. So I just called the Met Bureau and was told that the late Saturday change would be wind direction (and a bit cooler and maybe breezier).

              Good news!

              But they will be updating the BOM site with better information about 4pm today (Tuesday)
