Goldspank (in my view) has been one of the worst umpires this season. No supporter of any team has been happy when he's been umpiring. His name is mentioned in the same breath as some of this season's more memorable umpiring fluffs. Worst of all, he appears to have it in for the Swannies. I'm predicting that the free kick tally on Saturday night will be 12-4 (in Brisbane's favour) by 1/2 time.Comment

Well, we have no choice in the matter - but, one thing to remember, Goldfink was one of the umps in the 96PF!

People we need to get a grip here, the outcome of the game should not be dependant on the umpiring standards (or lack thereof). Yes Goldstink (or goldsphincter as he is known amongst our circle of supporters) is not the most favourable umpire for us to have. We just have to hope the boys ensure that the result is beyond question and therefore the umpiring doesn't have an impact on whether they win or not.
