    Unbalanced

Is it me or do we look alittle unbalanced one tall short I would have thought given we dropped a player who plays tall and a tall also we have to talls coming back from lay offs.

Any more news on Schuable missed traing with a back complaint and Schinder with the flu.

References to O'Keefe as a small forward are somewhat misleading - he's actually taller than Seymour. I know that a fit and firing Seymour plays taller than his inches, especially in defence, and that O'Keefe is hardly a pack marker up forward, but the team is actually slightly taller than last time's. And sadly it's been a few years since we really seen Bradley play that third tall role in defence anyway.

Furthermore, we have to play to our strengths, not try to counter the Lions'. If the match becomes a one on one marking contest around the ground we're not going to stand a chance. They'll out mark up 7 or 8 times out of 10. We need runners who are going to get into space, and O'Keefe and Saddo (fitness permitting) are both better options in this respect than Stevens.

The only thing that is unbalanced is the proportion of time we have spent thinking, talking and reading about footy this week as opposed to normal things, like umm relationships, world affairs, the money market, cooking, house work all the other stuff BALANCED people do.

Quite often you look at matchups but the general rule is you play the best team available, that's how the all-Australian team works anyway. ROk had to be picked.

Has anyone told the AA selectors that?
