I'm sorry its all over for another year.

I don't think the players will believe all the hype of how well they have done or that they have over acheived. I think they will be genuinely disappointed at losing, but they looked resigned to the fact in the last quarter that Brisbane were just too strong for us. We badly missed Jason Ball tonight but whether he would have made enough of a difference, who knows. Brisbane just seemed to step up a gear in that last quarter and we could'nt get near them. I hope one day soon we can match that skill level and intensity of play for four quarters. We have ceartainly had a wonderful season, with lots of positives to come out of it, I am sure Roosy will try to build on those positives. The trading period will be important, do we stick with our draft picks or try to strengthen the ruck/ backline with establised players? It will be an interesting time.
Thanks Swannies for a wonderful year and to all contributors on Red and White Online, whose insightful comments I have enjoyed reading throughout the year.

Hey Dan...it doesn't stop here...RWOL goes 24/7/365...there's all the trade/delistings/draft choices to go yet....then thefun stuff over summer and the wizard cup....
Can't wait for Carlton in the Wizard Cup....
"Davis...Davis has kicked 2...he snaps from 40...dont tell me, dont tell me, hes kicked a goal....unbelievable stuff from Nick Davis, can you believe this, he's kicked 3 final quarter goals and Swans are within 3 points..."

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

        Have a nice break!

Now that the season is over for us I wish everyone a nice break and I'll see ya, perhaps, next year. Till then, try to put PF loss behind you and have lot's of fun.

I am very also sorry that it is over for the season but I get a real buzz throughout the Draft /Trding period because of the possibility that some future stars could possibly be discovered and help us win that elusive Premiership.

I'm taking a little time to regroup but I'll be here all summer, keeping the faith alive and gearing up for 04!

Only 5 months till the Harry Potter Cup rolls around, which means if the Essendon game at NSO happens again, less than 5 months till season 2004!!!
