Well done - this typifies the progress that the group has made this year - Without the team you don't get personnel accalaides and I am sure that you have thanked them all.

Well done you are a role model with high standards. Keep aiming high as you never know where this may lead you.

Just reward for a fantastic season Adam. I love the way you never stop pushing yourself to get to contest after contest and I'm convinced that your actions have spurred on your team mates to keep running even when they thought they had nothing left in their legs. You played many a fine game in 2003 but your efforts against Port Adelaide will remain lodged in my memory for a long long while.

Enjoy the celebrations and the kudos that come with winning for a few weeks. Then tuck it away in the bottom of a drawer and focus on the real goal. It will look much better in 12 or so years' time when set aside a handful of premiership medals for the R&W.
