Frosty - actually did play some pretty handy football in his time. Best season 2001.
A decade with the club. Really happy to see that he will leave footy as a one club playerYou don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler -

Thanks for your contributions to the club, Frosty. A fine solid player. Clearing them out now, another one gone from the '96 grand final team.
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

I recall the year or 2 after Greg Williams left the Swans and we played Carlton - Frosty shut down the Brownlow Medalist in a big way. This for me was one of his early highlights. Had a lot of ability but didn't fit into the Rocket Plan (IMO) Ended up being handy back up for the Scwatta, kell era. Mainly remembered as a shut down player with a long accurate kick.
Well done and good luck
