Crouch runner up

Jared Crouch came second in the sprint. The Freo player, Walker, was an easy winner.

Crouch looked very comfortable in the heat but never really seemed to get going in the final. Is he acrrying any injuries from the game last week?

Walker looked VERY good though in both heat and final. Anyone know what Crouch's time was last year? Much heavier track though this year.

Are you forgetting how much rain there was last year? Last year's race was run on a seriously heavy track.

Some of us didn't get invited to a corporate box last year Charlie so we didn't get to experience the local weather and just had to watch on TV (like this year)

IIRC it was a beautiful sunny day where I was.

I stood yelling at the TV while he raced. It was good at least to yell for something Sydney on GF day

Don't forget he had a few days of "relaxing" after the Brisbane loss. Did well i though under the circumstances.
