Not a fan of O'Keefe myself but I must admit that his chance of playing in a premiership side is much better than Fosdike's.

And I doubt if Saddo has its take to be a premiership CHB. He would be a very good premiership flanker though.

The Bolton twins were eligible for the father-son rule last year when they were 17, but they aren't eligible now with the AFL raising the games played from 50 to 100.

I just hope Saddo and O'Keefe can worry about being fully fit and ready to go for the pre-season training without all these rumors hanging around.

If hes not goinng anywhere, why hasn't he resigned five days out from trade week?. If he's truley confused by all the rumours resign the fact he hasn't speeks volumes.

P.s. hope he does will more midfield chance's next season.

I very much want RO'K to stay. His game time has been limited, and he has made the odd clanger (who hasn't?), but what he has shown is pretty special. His kicking for goal is very accurate (I think on a percantage basis he shaded Nick Davis at some point in the season), his delivery by hand and foot is precise and controlled under pressure, he looks to provide the one-percenters. All he needs is time. And I hope he gets it - years of it!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

correct me if I'm wrong, but has everyone else re-signed? I may have missed it, but last I read the club were still coming to terms with other players, like Kirk and Ball. I can't recall reading that this has been done yet?

Just because Pebbles is yet to sign 5 days out from trade week, doesn't mean he's not going to or isn't currently under negotiations.

Contracts don't put themselves together, the fact he is yet to re-sign may not be of his choice.

My guess is that clubs wouldn't necessarily be in a rush to sign players this close to trading time because they'll want to know the outcome to see how tight the cap is and thus what they can offer. Unless of course it's a player who's talking about leaving and might ask for a trade. Probably not a big issue for Sydney given how much cap room they have, but still possibly a consideration.

Kirk is probably the most critical player for Sydney (if he is still unsigned) but somehow I can't see him going anywhere.

I think Schaubs was out of contract at the end of this year, and I would think he is crucial as well... but I don't think he wants to go anywhere, his study/the NSW school system/charity work seem to be more important to him than making an extra 50k by running somewhere else.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
