Does anyone know if kirk has re-signed with the swans yet??

Not that I've heard, but then again he's probably had other priorities. I understand that he was getting married on the weekend (18th). He will also be in training for the Australian side over the next week I'd imagine.

brett kirk has been one of the best players this year and it would be great to have him stay with us for ages

Herald Sun reports today that Brett Kirk will sign his new contract today in Perth before he steps out to play against Ireland.

This is to make sure that he is covered insurance wise for his new contact terms, otherwise he will be like Rawlings only covered for 1 year of wages and that is based on last years wages at that as well.

One would expect that Kirk's new deal is at least for two years and at greatly enhanced rates than this years so he needs to sign today or take the risk not seriously injuring himself tonight.

Thanks for the info - great to hear of contract signings. Hope Kirk does sign up for at least two years as you say.

Have contacted club - as I would also like to know about Ball etc.
