    Kelly V Libba

    A mate was telling me how Libba once did the grab on Kellys family heirlooms, so I made up this card (below).

    If anyone actually saw the act...
    A. What was the look on Kelly's face?
    B. What was his reaction?
    C. Did everyone shout out... "BALL!!!"

          Love that picture - what a dirty thug!!

          What was a classic about the Kelly v. Libba clashes is despite the massive provocation from the dirty little b@stard, Kel rarely retaliated.
          Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

              IIRC Wasn't Kels put on report for retaliating with a short right as a result of the "Squirreling" incident? From memory he got off for 'extenuating' circumstances.

                  Yeah - the 'squirreling" was the only time I recalled he retaliated. His best effort at controlling himself was probably that shocking final we lost in '97.

                      But that was Dimattina, not Liberatore!

                              i kid you not, this happened at waverley the last time we played Footscray there.

                              this, shall we say, bulldog supporter with the incorrect amount of matching chromosomes (like there is any other type), actually said that Paul Kelly was the most filthy dirty player she had even seen.

                              I was gobsmacked after that one! for once, i really didnt know what to say to that. and what could you have said to this inbred moron!
