I don't think I hugged and kissed anyone during that game, I was almost too scared to breathe, I was numb with the hope/fear that we might win/blow it.
I remember going to the bar at the bottom of the Pat Hills stand at 3/4 time and seeing swans people (there weren't many) with these stunned looks on their faces.
I think it was just too much of a relief afterwards. I'm glad you could enjoy it though.
A day or so later "The late Show" made a joke saying that the Swans had sung "Achy Breaky Heart" after the game because they'd forgotten the team song it'd been so long.
Which the leaguies at work repeated to me ~ and I really didn't mind because we'd won!
