It is on next Friday at 4pm at Optus Oval, pity that because I have to bloodly work at that time. Oh well at least I got to see them play today.Once was, now elsewhere -
4pm on a Friday is a bit of an odd time! I suppose they weren't able to get any other grounds on the weekend.
Hopeully the side will be able to play a match in Sydney just before the start of the season (to get full value out of our "get free entry into practice matches" part of the membership
)
I know it's a meaningless result, but it's always good to get a win on the board.
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

The downside is that the game is being played at 4pm which is a really akward time to see a footy much for working folk and even school folk.
The best case scenario is that most people will see the second half.
