    Rd 1 Team

    Now, this is getting tricky! All players will be fit except Fixter and Schauble (this is not a moxer, it is positive affirmation). Roosey has implied that James and Doyle are part of the 22, and this week mentioned Rogers as a replacement for Schauble so.......

    Crouch, Rogers, Saddington

    Barry, C. Bolton, Kennelly,

    Davis, Hall, Fosdike,

    Schneider, O'Loughlin, O'Keefe,

    Foll: Ball, Goodes, Kirk

    Bench: James, McVeigh, Doyle, Mathews

    No place for LRT unless he can play CHB. James on bench until the messiah sees which end of the ground he needs to go to. I've put Fossy back in the starting 18. Buchanan was crap on Friday. Rogers didn't look that flash, either, but then who would with the footy raining down at all speed and angles from our slaughtered midfield?

      i think we should keep a lid on the rogers scenario, IMO, he would probably have third crack at lynch at FB, ie bolton then james and then rogers... he hasnt even played a senior game yet you have to remember!

          Agreed with that, with no Brown or Leppa to worry about I'd think Saddo might play a sweeper role to cut off Lynch's leads (i.e. play five metres in front of him) and Bolton to play "off" Lynch to allow him to jump into and over him for the one on one's.

          If anyone tries to muscle him one on one we'll struggle.

              Yeah, we'll struggle with all the frees that Lynchy gets laying on the ground!

              If he gets one, just one free from that "dive", I will throw my plate at the telly (got a dinner party at a friend's place so my TV is safe).
